All project terms will be defined in individual service agreements (SOWs, proposals, or invoices). No surprises — only clearly scoped work and transparent pricing.
3. Project Timelines & Revisions
We work on timelines we mutually agree to — and we expect collaboration from you to meet them. Here’s how it works:
Delays in client approvals or inputs may shift project delivery.
Revisions are included, but limited. Excessive tweaks may require renegotiation.
We love feedback — but ghosting us delays both karma and campaigns.
4. Payment Terms
We run a tight ship when it comes to payments:
50% advance (unless otherwise agreed).
Remaining 50% upon project mid-point or completion.
Late payments (7+ days) may incur a 10% service delay fee.
We accept UPI, bank transfers, and account-to-account payments. No cash, no confusion.

5. Use Restrictions
You agree NOT to:
Copy or reuse our website content or visuals.
Use our services for unlawful, misleading, or harmful activities.
Misrepresent your identity or the nature of your business.
We’re marketers — we spot fake faster than a glitch in your ad budget.
6. Ownership & Licensing
Final deliverables become yours once the full payment is made.
Until then, they’re intellectual property of Kaam Karo Digitally.
We may showcase completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise.
We build brands, and we’re proud of our work — you should be too.
7. Third-Party Tools
We use trusted tools like:
Meta Business Manager
Google Ads & Analytics
Canva, Adobe Suite
Email/CRM platforms
We’re not liable for downtime, updates, or bugs from these third-party services — but we’ll do our best to help you navigate them.
8. Results & Guarantees
We’re data-driven, creative, and strategic — but we do NOT promise:

Digital success takes time, testing, and teamwork.
9. Termination & Exit
You can cancel a project by giving us 7 days’ notice. We’ll wrap up work completed till that point, and issue a final invoice.
If we cancel (due to non-payment, misconduct, or ghosting), we’ll inform you with full transparency.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be settled in [DELHI] jurisdiction.
